Spring it is!

Dendrobium Nobile
Common Lantana
Desmodium Canadense

Spring it is,
A season of flowers,
Scenic with all its blooms,

Spring it is,
A season of music,
Chirps and whirrs of lives around.

Spring it is,
A season of hope,
Old thrives and young juvenates.

Blue Sage
Woodfordia Fruitcosa

Happy Mother's Day!

she was all alone, All on her own. Her song of suffering, Sang only to herself, Is evident now. Her soft girly hands, Bruised and grim. Her limbs, Subtle and shaky. In her promise to, Accomplish dreams of her children's, She spurned hers!

~Life~

Ohh! Life!
How dear you are?
And how near you were?
Cajole the flickering lamp,
Under the gusty wind.

Ohh! Life!
How valued you are?
And how indispensable you were?
Cling on the slacken rope,
At the extreme of height.

Ohh! Life!
How cherished you are?
And how extortionate you were?
Dive the cavernous ocean,
With a weary limbs.

༔ Ode to my King ༔

Root's hath loosened,
Leave's has shedded,
And the trunk parched!
A glimpse of an inert tree,
Hushed away the wind.

Song's of despair,
Sang the birds in anguish.
Words of pervasive virus,
Snaffled their peace away.
Druk Gyalpo!!
The dragon roared afar,
As thou trailed the soggy tropical,
drenched and bushed.
Through the infectious jungles,
Known for deadly Culicidae’s,
And the viscid blood moochers.
A vigilant majestic eagle,
Hovering the royal entourage,
Clued the silent forest,
Arrival of thy; The savior!

With hopes restored,
The despaired creatures,
Sang a song of rejuvenation,
The then silent forest,
Breathe a sigh of relief!

Silhouette thoughts

A crescent bright moon
And the late night mellows

A deep soothing slumber
And the bygone tranquil moment

Astray wishful postulation
A chimera of ones desires

The Rinpung Dzong

The crimson cupola
On a silvery pedestal
With an obi-like penumbra dossal
Amidst the dead of night
Overlooking the tranquil Tshongdue.

The twinkles on the street
Proffering a scenic possie
To the titanic of fort
Amid inky covering
Embellishing the Majestic citadel

A strolling junky mortal
Awed by the panoramic locus
Sets aside the mundane life
Pleading the deity therein
For a momentary bliss

Bhutanese Bloggers e-conference

Thank you Madam Rekha Monger for the wonderful idea and Mr. Passu for sharing in blogyul and letting amateur bloggers like myself to know and be part of it.
Past few months I had been busy with reasons not even known to myself and my connectivity was restricted just with mobile Facebook. Few times I logged in my blog, tried to scribble and post something but then it somehow turned out to be futile, only adding numbers to my draft posts which already out numbered published posts. I was looking for a perfect topic to post after a long gap and this idea of blogger tag/ blogger e-conference definitely facilitated mine.

1. Why did you start blogging in the first place? And what’s the story behind your blog title?

Though I am in early stage of blogging and too little to be considered a blogger like one of you, I would not admit not trying to be one in near future. It was in 2011, I got myself introduced to blogging world after reading Sogyel’s blog and I accredit my writing inspiration to him. In the beginning I had my blog title simply as “Pemawangyel’s blog” but later as I don’t have specific category to write about and my write ups were mainly of memories, photography, (not so) creative writings, thoughts and happenings around myself, I changed it to “As I travel my life’s journey”. In simple, it’s sort of my own memoir.

2. How long have you been blogging? Where are you based?

I have been blogging since 2011 and currently am based in Ajmer, Rajasthan.

3. How do you schedule your blog post? Daily or weekly? Or as and when inspiration strikes you?

I tried scheduling my blog post weekly and that too on every Saturday, but by virtue of being a student with lots of study obligations on one hand and laziness on the other, I do post only as and when inspiration strikes.

4. Does your family and friends know about your blog?

My Brother knows about my blog and he is my inspiration and mentor. As I use to share my blog posts on Facebook, am pretty sure my family except my mom and many of my friends know about it.

As i travel my life's journey : One year old!

The day I knew about blogging and the blog was when I saw Sogyel’s blog post shared on Facebook wall. That was the day I thought of blogging. Though he really did not introduce me to the blogging world, I accredit this to him for I got introduced to this wonderful world of writing, reading and learning through his blog. With a blog content equivalent to some others’ one month’s it may seem as bit of exaggeration when I say wonderful world of writing, but seriously I enjoy reading those write ups in blogs I follow and little of my own. Nevertheless I try to write and post those bits and pieces of thoughts that I could capture on my blog, though it won’t fit to be termed as writing.

I am celebrating my one year old blog-anniversary. You see, this is my pride in owning an almost empty blog. Sometimes it makes me feel weird; blowing a mistuned trumpet. But it isn’t about my blog content, but the values and inspirations I derived from those blogs/bloggers. Every time I open my blog, I spend more in reading others blog updates than writing/updating my own. I not only try and learn to write, but through this blog of mine I try to share my love to photography and sketches (coming soon...lol) with others.

In one year of my blogging although I have only nineteen posts, I can proudly say I read hundreds. As of now, my blog total page view counts 4814 with 40 Google followers and 16 networked blog followers amongst which I have bloggers like peldhe sonam nima, nobu, sogyelqinza, leythro, langa, riku and all to name few from whom I derive my inspiration, passion and zeal to write.

As usual by virtue of being one poor man with poorest head, have a tendency to fall short of ideas, words and fail in expressing my thoughts properly. So before i really run short of all those, I end my blogoversary note by thanking all those wonderful people for inspiring me and wishing to have plenty of write ups to read, photographs and sketches of my own and cross million counts of page views and  hundreds of followers like other bloggers in times to come.
    Thank you one and all!

journey INTO BLOG!

source google
So many thoughts poured, pricked, drenched, invaded,...........knocked (don't know which word describes it the best) my mind, as i tried to create my own blog with a dream to pen down my thoughts in a way that i wish. One thought says i should go with it and other says you can't (even better don"t), but the only question that I'm afraid of is, what will i have in my blog?  since i owe richness, meaning and thoughts in substance, that i post if ever its intended to be read by someone. This thought gave birth to my disclaimer note, which did add enough safety factor to my cheap thoughts, poor grammar etc.

Thoughts after thoughts and thoughts onto thoughts, and at last decided to BLOG! But in the very first move only, i was lost with; title for my blog?????? For every title i suggested myself with, i had my own mind opposing it, rather leaving me helpless than doing any good. Whatsoever finally i made my mind and came with a title; wangyelsblog (this too is changed to pemawangyelsblog now).

Done with the title!, though its still empty and not properly organized the way i wish it to be, it gave me hope; Good going!. Then started browsing my supposed 0.5GB (great brain) brain for an idea, so as to go with what i have started and fill the empty post space.I couldn't opt and think for something different to write, when i have the best topic to write,"Their majesties audience with Bhutanese students studying in Rajasthans at Rambargh palace". After scribbling what not for a while, uploaded a photo of His Majesty the king and Queen along with students (downloaded from Her Majesties facebook page), within a second, it became my first post followed by inaugural race of  2011 Formula 1 air tel  grand Prix of India (only to be deleted while trying to change the design of my blog).

Those two posts got deleted while trying to design my blog and now the blog is empty, and on the other hand my exams nearing and needs preparations. So decided not to ruin two at once (examination for blog and otherwise).

This is my journey into blogging world and stepped into this world with a hope to enhance myself  with comments , suggestions from all the bloggers around. So do wish me luck!
