Recipe in me- CHILLI CHICKEN

Its an tough lesson, but you don't care much about taste when it's your turn, you cook  for sake of cooking...lol....Lucky that we had to cook in turn, if not i would have never learnt how to cook the so called CHILLI CHICKEN.....it was all Karma sirs effort and  hope to learn more in days to come (since we will be staying for another 2 and 1/2 yrs together).
1. Take a required quantity of chicken (preferred boneless) , which is  cut into size of approx.2 inche cubes.
Add salt and turmeric powder (Haldee)  on it and mix for about 10-15 mins. 
2. Heat oil and deep fry the chicken pieces till you obtain golden brown color,. It should be done so by regulating the heat so as to cook as well as obtain the color. (too much heat will change the outer color first leaving the inner uncooked)
3. Chicken obtained after procedure 2 should look like this.
      
4. Now in a separate pot heat oil and add garlic, ginger and sauce. leave it for a few  seconds to cook.

5. Add the deep fried chicken in this solution and let it cook for few minutes.

6. After perfectly mixing, giving a covering of coriander leafs,
